Licensing and Accreditation Provider Portal

The new Office of Licensing and Accreditation (OLA) Provider Portal is now live and allows Providers who are registered, licensed, or accredited by the Department of Social Services to submit an online application, upload requested documentation, view provider documents, submit background check requests, and communicate with state staff.
